Meet Gellisa Spooner
As I spent more time studying land, redevelopment, zoning, growth markets, and the way communities evolve, I realized that successful acquisitions are not driven by luck. They are driven by research, preparation, relationships, and understanding where growth is headed.
That realization became the foundation of Spoonaz Ventures. Today, our company focuses on identifying and evaluating off-market land and redevelopment opportunities through market intelligence, land use analysis, and strategic relationships with builders and developers.
My goal has never been to pursue every property. It is to pursue the right opportunities with professionalism, integrity, and long-term thinking. Spoonaz Ventures is built on the belief that growth leaves clues. By understanding those clues, we can recognize opportunity before it becomes obvious.
